Louisville coffee shop celebrates National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day

It's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day and a Louisville-based shop is celebrating.

Please & Thank You is giving away a free chocolate chip cookie on Friday to every customer that buys one drink at any of their three shops. The coffee house is also giving away a smile travel mug for free to everyone who buys a dozen cookies.

Please and Thank You says people can order from their shop through any of the national food delivery brands – Uber Eats, Postmates, Door Dash and Grubhub. The company's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day specials are available through the apps.

Please & Thank You was recently named the best cookie shop in the country by the USA TODAY 10Best Readers' Choice Awards.
